Deposit terms and conditions

Upon placing a deposit to secure a vehicle with our car sales company, the buyer understands that this deposit is non-refundable except in the event that the vehicle's condition, as described or represented during the sale process, does not meet the buyer's expectations upon inspection prior to final purchase. In such cases, the buyer must notify the company of their dissatisfaction within 48 hours of the inspection. Deposits will only be refunded if the reason for dissatisfaction pertains solely to the vehicle's condition and is supported by photographic evidence or a written statement that clearly outlines the discrepancy. By placing a deposit, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
